GILLIAM AUTO SALES at 1116 HWY 281 NORTH, Marble Falls, Texas.

I purchased a used car from Gilliam on 3 Jun 16. On 4 Jun I took the car back because the brake pedal was squeaking and the rear brakes. At waiting for a couple of hours for the repairs. I was informed by Ariel Delagarza that the car was fixed. While leaving the dealership, I noticed that the car was doing the same thing (squeaky brake pedal and brakes). I turned around and took the car back and told Ariel, that she told me that the car was repair, yet it was still doing the same thing. She then called Joshua Lopez and he stated that the car needed some type of bearing and the squeaky rear brakes was because they were non-Nissan breaks. Ariel tells me that she would order whatever the car needed and it should be in on Wed (Jun 8). I have yet to hear back from this dealership. I even contacted the sales guy Val Panayotov on Jun 13, and explained everything to him as well. Val told me that he would talk to the service manager and everything would be taken care of and that he would call me later on that evening. I have yet to hear back from him as well. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I think this a stall tactic, don't you have so many days to return a car???
